WinIn is a securities investment app from WindoW Capital JSC, a licensed broker in Kazakhstan. With it you open a brokerage account online, buy shares on KASE and international markets, and track your portfolio and quotes in real time.

Yes. WindoW Capital JSC is a professional securities market participant. Licence No. 3.2.256 dated 14.03.2025 was issued by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market. A copy of the licence is published on winin.kz.

Any legally capable person aged 18 or over with a Kazakhstani IIN can open an account. Everything is done online — no office visit required.

Just four steps: install the WinIn app from the App Store or Google Play, sign up and complete online identification — with biometrics or a digital signature, fund your brokerage account, then build your portfolio and start investing. It usually takes just a few minutes.

By transfer from your bank. Tap "Deposit" in the app — we'll show the bank details of your brokerage account. Make the transfer in your banking app with the payment reference "Brokerage account deposit", and the money is credited as soon as it arrives.

WindoW Capital charges no deposit fee. Your bank may charge its own transfer fee under its tariffs.

Create a withdrawal order in the app, enter your bank details, and sign it with an SMS code or digital signature — the money goes to your bank account. For your security, withdrawals are only possible to an account in your own name.

Just your bank account number (IBAN, starting with KZ) and the name of your bank. The details are saved in your profile, so you won't need to enter them again next time.

Opening, maintaining, and closing an account is free. You only pay a commission on trades: from 0.02% on KASE and AIX, and from 0.1% on international markets. The full fee schedule is published on winin.kz in the "Fees" section.

You have access to shares and bonds on KASE and AIX, international markets with trades in US dollars, repo operations, and foreign currency transactions on KASE.

Yes. Submit a currency conversion order in the app — transactions go through KASE at market rates. Tenge pairs (USD, EUR, CNY, RUB) and cross pairs are available, with commissions from 0.05%.

Tenge, US dollar, euro, yuan, and rouble. Trades on international markets are settled in US dollars.

It's all the assets in your brokerage account: shares, bonds, currency, and cash. In the app your portfolio is always at hand — you can see its current value, returns, and the history of every trade.

Your securities are recorded with Central Securities Depository JSC, separately from the broker's assets, and remain your property. The Company's activities are supervised by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market.

All data travels over encrypted connections, transactions are confirmed with a code or digital signature, and access to your data is strictly limited.

Yes, you can delete your account through our support team: email info@winin.kz from the address you registered with, using the subject "Account deletion", or call +7 777 555 52 53. We'll help you close your brokerage account and delete your data — except records we must retain under the laws of Kazakhstan.
