KASE Index Drops 0.63% Following July 23 Trading Session

The Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) closed the July 23, 2026 trading session with a decline in its main index. The KASE Index fell 48.46 points, or 0.63%, from 7,719.41 to 7,670.95. During the day, the index touched a low of 7,631.96. Despite the price correction, market participant activity increased noticeably: trading volume in equities from the representative list rose 40% compared to the previous session, reaching 847.6 million tenge.
