BASS Gold Lists Dollar-Denominated Bonds on KASE at 10.5% Per Annum
Kazakhstan's BASS Gold, a gold mining company operating in the Ulytau region, has officially completed its listing on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange in the commercial bonds category on the alternative platform. The issue is denominated in US dollars with a total volume of 2 million dollars and a face value of 100 dollars per security. The coupon rate is 10.50% per annum with quarterly payments, and the maturity period is 360 days. For the Kazakhstani market, dollar-denominated corporate bonds with such a yield are of interest as a tool for currency diversification of a portfolio. The start of trading on KASE will be announced separately, giving investors time to study the terms of the issue.
