Home Credit Bank Updates Its Management Board
The board of directors of Home Credit Bank (a subsidiary of Forte Bank) decided to change the composition of the lender's management board. Gulnara Masangalieva was removed from the board, while Aigerim Sauytbekova was elected as a new member. Following the personnel changes, the bank's management board will continue operating with six members. Such rotations in governance bodies are routine corporate practice and typically have no significant impact on a bank's day-to-day operations. Still, for clients and investors, such news serves as an indicator of the stability of the financial institution's corporate governance.
