Bereke Bank lists new commercial bonds on KASE

The Kazakhstan Stock Exchange board decided to list bonds worth 50 billion tenge issued by Bereke Bank (a subsidiary of Lesha Bank) under the 'commercial bonds' category of the main platform. The notes have a nine-month maturity, with a face value of 1,000 tenge each. The coupon is floating, paid semi-annually, and calculated as the National Bank of Kazakhstan's base rate plus a fixed 0.4% margin. This structure makes the bonds attractive to conservative investors seeking protection against local interest rate fluctuations. The exchange's decision takes effect on August 13, opening access to the bonds for a broad range of KASE trading participants.
