Kazakhmys Copper Shares Delisted From KASE

The Kazakhstan Stock Exchange announced the removal of Kazakhmys Copper JSC's ordinary shares (ticker KMCP) from its official list effective August 19, 2026. The decision was made by the KASE Listing Committee on August 18 following a voluntary delisting request from the company itself. The shares had previously traded in the 'standard' category on the exchange's main platform. For retail investors holding the stock, delisting means they will need to find alternative ways to sell their shares outside the organized KASE market. Such decisions are often linked to corporate restructuring within a group or a shift toward private, non-publicly-traded ownership.
