Microfinance Firm Jet Finance Lists Three Bond Issues on KASE in USD and KZT

Microfinance company Jet Finance is expanding its presence on the organized market, with three bond issues beginning to trade on KASE from June 24, 2026. Two of the issues are denominated in US dollars at $100 per bond, with a total volume of $4 million each, a two-year term, and monthly coupon payments at 11% per annum. The third issue is in tenge: face value of 1,000 tenge, total volume of 2 billion tenge, two-year term, and monthly coupons at 23% per annum. The instruments trade on KASE's alternative platform, which implies a somewhat different risk profile compared to the main market. The high rate on the tenge issue reflects the risk premium associated with MFOs, while the dollar-denominated issues allow investors to lock in returns in a hard currency over a two-year horizon.
